Our goal is to provide quality healthcare with the support and information you need when exploring natural healthcare. We’re passionate about the potential for natural medicines to treat a range of issues. Our doctors collaborate with you to create an individually tailored treatment plan. You can be confident your health and well-being is our highest priority.
Our appointments are largely telehealth - by phone or video conference - with limited face-to-face appointments also available in Thirroul, 20 minutes north of Wollongong.
Our process
Book your initial appointment
No referral is required.
Please note, patients under 18 years old or patients with a history of psychotic illness will need a referral.
Create a treatment plan
In your appointment, you will discuss your condition with a medical doctor and create a treatment plan together.
If clinically appropriate, your doctor will promptly send:
Your script(s) to a pharmacy
A letter to you about your treatment plan
A letter to your GP (with your consent)
Purchase your medications
After the appointment you can purchase your medications from the pharmacy at your convenience.
If the pharmacy is local to you, you can pick up your medications in-person, otherwise they can be mailed to you. Delivery is free-of-charge and typically takes a few business days.
Book a
follow-up appointment
After 1 month of treatment (or sooner if you have any concerns) - book a follow-up appointment to discuss and assess treatment effectiveness.
At follow up, your doctor will help you troubleshoot any issues or explore other options as appropriate.
