  • Humanity is at the core of everything that we do. We respect the humanity of our staff, patients and the broader community. This concept is inclusive of all genders, sexual orientations, perceived (dis)abilities, cultures, ethnicities, beliefs and backgrounds.

Through human-centred care, we strive to support the physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of patients. We have long consults, fair pricing and are responsive to patient feedback. With patient consent, we communicate with GPs and other healthcare providers to ensure safe, wrap-around care.

For our staff, “human-centred” means we prioritise their life outside of work, offering flexible work hours, work from home arrangements, fair pay and other negotiable conditions so that our staff can flourish.

  • We know that independence and transparency is the only way to provide safe and ethical care to our patients.

Therefore we are NOT affiliated with any pharmaceutical company or producer of medications.

We tailor care to individual patient needs and prioritise affordability in prescribing.

Our service has no hidden fees and we receive no kick-backs.

We hope to keep financially contributing to environmental causes in the future.

  • We educate patients and local healthcare providers about natural treatments, with a focus on de-stigmatisation and potential risks and benefits. Our policy mandates long consult times to allow plenty of time for patients to ask questions and get informed about their treatment.

In 2025, we were honoured to provide free education sessions to our multidisciplinary colleagues onsite in healthcare services around the Illawarra.
